I was warmly greeted by a service representative whom promptly checked me in and confirmed my cellphone number so to receive service status updates via text. I waited in the customer lounge, which was clean and neat. In a short period (approximately one hour) I received a text that informed me that my vehicle's service was completed. The paperwork was explained to me and after signing, I left with a thank you from the service representative for allowing them to service my vehicle.
