Will not service my car anywhere else.

Always Professional and gets Me in and out!!

Kevin was very helpful. He was personable and professional, answering all of my questions. He processed everything efficiently. When I contacted him afterwards to say that I left my EZpass transponder in my trade-in, he got back to me right away saying that he had retrieved it.

Held my truck for two months. Insurance company could not get in touch with the shop and nearly cancelled my claim / ended my rental. Service advisor was fired and my case fell through the cracks. Poor communication throughout my process. Still don't have clear evidence on why my repair wasn't covered until warranty. Unsatisfactory experience overall.
