Bad customer service no care for the customers no ownership of mistake no help just excuse the manger said he has to pick his kid up from school and his shift is over after I picked up my truck that broke down 10 minutes later

Brought my GMC Yukon in to address an issue with the display screen, and the service department did a fantastic job. They diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly, and the display is working good as new. Excellent customer service, smooth process, and top-notch work overall. Highly recommend!

A $700 radiator became an $8000 repair bill so much for a warranty. It was a Chevrolet radiator that failed. The oil cooler leaked into the radiator and filled the system up with the oil So you would think that since it was your product that failed why are we responsible for all the other parts that were messed up because of the failing oil cooler. Ridiculous.
