I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday (and was told they would get to it first thing Monday) I did not get a diagnosis until Wednesday afternoon. If I had not called twice a day then Im not sure if it would have been diagnosed by Wednesday. I ended up not getting the work done there since there was not telling how long that would have taken.

Mr. Medric has always made me feel at home while getting my car serviced. I live almost an hour away and still bring my car to Chevy of Bowie because of the professionalism, courtesy, warm welcome and kudos to the service mechanic that performed the duties on my car, thank you and I was able to meet him but forgot his name (sorry). He was very knowledgeable and kind to me. I will continue to bring my car here because I love the service and the Service Team! Thank you
